I am an adult with dyslexia. I was diagnosed years ago at the University of Chicago Reading Clinic. At the clinic they encouraged me to use readers to get through college. Between undergraduate and graduate school I had over 14,000 hours of reading with readers and books on tape. This summer I will talk about this at the Assistive Technology Summer Institute in Phoenix. I would like to have permission to show your video with my power point presentation. I also like you website. It is well organized and informative.

Hi, my grandson is 7 and in 2nd grade. He has had speech difficulties all of his life is ADHD and is very discouraged with so much anxiety regarding school, it breaks my heart. I am a nurse and I know that he also has dyslexia but has not been officially diagnosed. I am preparing to meet with his teachers and the principal of his school within the next week and will be sharing your video with them at this time. This video is a source of inspiration and hope to all of us. Thank You. I will continue to advocate for my grandson who is unable to do so for himself.

Today my 9 year old son was diagnosed with dislexia. I was told by his teacher, speech therapist, school principle, and learning disability trainer thay my son is gifted in so many ways.
